All plot-holders on the Alexandra Road site in Epsom are welcome to take part in and benefit from the AAG.
Since the AGM on 10.5.2013 the AAG Committee consists of three officers:
- Chairman, Chris Donohue
- Treasurer, Charlie Luff
- Secretary, Sarah Clayton
It was decided to make the AAG a less formal structure, removing some of the bureaucracy that has been of more hindrance than help in the past.
Meetings open to all plotholders will be arranged at least twice a year, and advertised. The purpose of the meetings is to enable plotholders to share concerns, share information, and discuss allotment issues – and where necessary report back to the Council.

Management Committee Meetings
All plot-holders are welcome to attend and contribute to Management Committee meetings, which will generally be held at 8pm in the Barley Mow Pub Pikes Hill – subject to this being convenient for committee members. Meeting dates will be arranged in advance (it is hoped that 4 dates for the year can be fixed in advance, with other meetings at shorter notice, if necessary). All meeting dates should be publicised to plotholders at least a week in advance.
